GEAUR ensures that the infrastructure used and the working environment contribute to the final quality of the product and efficiency of the quality management system. To this end, the company commands landmark technical means to carry out its works without difficulty and in the prescribed time limits.

The company's assets are described as follows :

Land  : the company owns a 2,500 square meter-plot of land  located alongside Route de Rufisque (estimated at 40 millions CFA francs) and another one within the SONEPI domain valued at 35 millions.

Share ownership  : GEAUR holds shares in the capital of SDE and that of GTHE which is a subcontracting company of SDE.

Recent acquisition : a smelting plant (FOMSEN)

Cars and vehicles : a fleet of about 24 utility cars, 5 vehicles and 4 passenger cars

Industrial equipment : GEAUR operates with the construction plant facilities (power generators, pumps, concrete vibrators, concretors etc.) required for its activities, and even rents out part of its equipment.

Moveable and office furniture : a population of a dozen computers, color and black-and-white printers, a photocopier, one TV set + video player and others.

Investment needs and acquisitions of new facilities and/or equipment (buildings, vehicles, machines, software and others) have been identified during management meetings and reviews.

GEAUR head office is established on a surface area of over 1,000 square meter hosting the offices, a storage section for the equipment and the materials (iron, cement, pipes, timber etc.), a car parking and repair lot, a metal construction workshop etc.

All the facilities and materials used by GEAUR to meet the requirements and comply with the quality policy defined by the top management are recorded in lists managed and updated by a Logistic Officer.

The construction plant facilities include : concretors, dump trucks, tank trucks, cranes, priming engine, pan, double-cab pickup trucks, simple pickup trucks, concrete vibrators, compressors, pumps, welding sets, power generators, power pumps, hydraulic shovels, power shovels etc.

In addition, the working environment enables GEAUR officials and operating staff to assure the realization of works in the best conditions of performance, thanks to high-performance working tools, a proper mastery of human resource management, supplies and documentary supports; not to mention the preservation of the products and their storage and the observance of relevant ergonomic conditions (adaptation of the working conditions to the workers). The offices are set in a perfectly adapted area towards meeting the workers' aspirations (2 people at most in well-equipped office) .
