- SCOPE OF THE MANUAL'S APPLICATION

The Quality Manual defines the company's operating rules. It is distributed at all corporate levels and, if need be, to customers for the application of key principles, from the identification of the requirements to the acceptance of works, with the view to the proper management of our customers' needs and expectations.

. The Manual is also aimed at :

• training and sensitizing staff members by favoring multi-role capability,
• formalizing the objectives and the tools to attain them,
• propping the implementation of corrective/preventive actions,
• constituting a permanent memorandum for the company,
• serving as a basis for quality audits.

It applies to safe drinking water conveyance, sanitation and civil engineering works and enables customers to understand and comprehend how GEAUR addresses and solves issues in case of customer dissatisfaction and dysfunctions in the Quality Management System. Should a problem arises, GEAUR applies the major procedures to which the manual refers: the proper command of documents, records, audits, the mastery of non compliance, the corrective and preventive actions. Actually, the resolution of a problem is related to one or all of the aforementioned procedures.

Since some of our services are subcontracted with some jobbers, GEAUR considers an externalized process towards having a control over the subcontractors having an impact on clients' satisfaction.
